FX + Whedon = Yes

Apparently Joss Whedon has been having talks with Fox’s sister (or brother company) FX about a new show.  This actually could be the best thing for Whedon and all his Whedon fans, or at least getting a show on syfy.  Fox has been known for basically screwing Whedon fans and Whedon himself a number of times.  With FX this could allow the Whedon brand to really grow.  Unlike the Fox network which we can all agree has a warped view of nelson ratings for shows, the FX network could allow more leeway with out hitting the insanely huge numbers.

Right now this is just talks and nothing official has really come out, it’s more like they are courting Whedon.

The reason I believe it could be good, is FX not only has some of the most original shows, they also have room to grow. Their long time show Nip Tuck is ending and slots need to be filled why not a show from Whedon and give him a chance to get his cred back.  And if he  gets his cred back, maybe just maybe, a new Series of Firefly could air that would be my dream.

Sure Adam Baldwin would have to leave Chuck, and Castle would need to be canceled but wouldn’t that be worth it.

A man can dream A man can dream.

My faith in Whedon has been shaken. His stint on Runaways left me feeling cold inside. I hope he does redeem himself.

Wait he wrote the Runaways comic? I just finished catching up into it I thought all of it was awesome. Which part did he do? The only thing I know Whedon failed me on was Dollhouse that was just horrible.

I am trying to save Dollhouse. Move it to TNT.
